Nicola helps leaders and organisations be their best. A Master Coach (MSc), Nicola has a lifelong fascination with people and has spent her entire career working in the field of personal and leadership development.
Nicola has coached within every sector and most industries, developing people at every level of the organisation.
At an early point in her career she was ‘spotted’ by leadership development consultancy Dale Carnegie International who developed her to work with leaders in large organisations wishing to enhance their people leadership capabilities. From here ‘people’ remained at the centre of her career with roles including Coach Team manager for national insurer Barbon Insurance Group and Head of Personal Development for UK ‘Best Employee Engagement Agency’, H&H.
Nicola began her own coaching consultancy after completing her MSc in Executive, Personal and Corporate Coaching in 2015. She went on to achieve double Master Practitioner of NLP, and Certified NLP Trainer status. NLP helps Nicola live and breathe her value of ‘possibility’, unlocking it within those she works with. Her fascination with the mind and psychology also sees her working with the ‘next generation’ personal insight tool. PRINT® and she remains one of a handful of UK independent coaches certified to use the tool.
Nicola over her career has become a specialist in leadership mindset and communication, coaching and training people in organisation to think, communicate and behave in ways that unlock the best outcomes for themselves and those they work with.
Nicola combines her work with being a new mum. A southerner living in Lincoln, she’s light, energetic and positive. She loves what she does and it shows. She joined the Human Alchemy team as such a specialist, and Lead Consultant to help leaders transform their organisation and achieve the extraordinary.
