Nicky joins the Human Alchemy team having worked in the field of cognitive behaviour change for 25 years with an academic background and career rooted in psychology, sociology and criminology.
Nicky has worked in leadership and management for the last 20 years, predominantly in the third sector. She started her coaching journey in 2015 when the relationship between her academic background, her leadership interest and her passion for working with people and supporting them to achieve, became clear. Nicky champions a coaching culture and is passionate about the value and impact coaching can bring to the workplace. Her specialism is coaching in charities.
Nicky has a Coaching consultancy providing Executive, Leadership and Development coaching. This is complimented by an ILM 7 post graduate qualification in Executive Coaching and NLP practitioner qualification. Nicky is also a qualified Lumina Practitioner, supporting those she works with to develop an increased self awareness in order to lead effectively and enhance performance.
Nicky provides coaching in a variety of industries. She is currently coaching Doctors and Directors within the NHS and leaders and leadership teams within charities, locally and nationally, as well as coaching in local authority departments, hospitality, engineering and SMES.
Nicky is a volunteer for the NHS and uses her coaching skills to support innovation and creativity to deal with current health and social care challenges.
