Her track record is in creating accessible, varied and effective development solutions aligned to the requirements of the business, its budgets and its target audiences. Success comes with senior engagement, clear expectations and great communications, with on-going measurement and monitoring to ensure the programmes remain valuable and relevant.
She has 30 years corporate experience in senior human resources and leadership development roles in NATS, the UK’s leading provider of air traffic control services. More recently, and building on this background, she has been working with businesses to address their organisational gaps, challenges and aspirations. She does this by listening, collaborating, designing and delivering bespoke people development programmes.
Linda is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has an MBA and a Diploma in Professional Coach-mentoring.
