A leadership consultant works closely with the leaders of an organisation to develop and hone leadership qualities, skillsets and personal understanding. They also evaluate the current management/leadership styles throughout the company, developing programmes of work to enhance skillsets, strategies and ability to communicate, ultimately driving the organisation to be the best it can be.

Tangible and dramatic change can be seen after one 2 day programme. Your Senior Leadership team may wish to continue working with us after the first session to embed, develop and enhance their transformation, or you may wish to encourage your second tier management to work with Human Alchemy, enabling a common and united strategy, language and mindset to flow through all leadership levels of your organisation.

We have Business Mentors and Coaches facilitating our programmes who have led and transformed organisations from almost all private and public sectors. Each Mentor and Coach allocated to your organisation are specifically matched to you and your organisation’s objectives, based upon their experience and knowledge of your particular sector and concern.

Our prices range depending on the design, length, intensity and objectives of the bespoke programme and will be transparently laid out in our proposals.

Once you and the Head of Consultancy have designed your bespoke programme to meet your distinct objectives, we will help you find an inspirational venue local to your offices – or you would be welcome to utilise our state of the art office space in Lincoln. This is important to get your people thinking in a new way from the start. Our Mentor and Coach will meet you at the venue on the morning of the first day and lead you and your team through your bespoke programme for the remaining time. At the end of the programme, your team will be thinking, acting and speaking in a different, more Extraordinary and High-Performing way and will have strategies and toolkits to lead and engage your People.

We can absolutely do this and what this looks like is completely up to you and will depend on the outcomes achieved during your initial programme and future objectives.

We offer 1-2-1 online or in-person coaching, depending on your location. Your coach and/or mentor will be chosen by yourself, following a recommendation from our Head of Consultancy based upon the coach/mentor’s experience and your desired outcome.

A coach is someone qualified to provide guidance to a client on their goals and helps them reach their full potential.

A mentor is someone with relevant industry background who shares their experience, knowledge and skills to advise, support and help others and their organisations grow.

Human Alchemy’s headquarters are based in Lincoln at the Business Centre, Monks Road, Lincoln, LN2 5HQ. We have state of the art offices here that can accommodate your team for your programmes, or for 1-2-1 in-person mentoring/coaching. However, we can also come to you, working nationally and internationally and have a network of coaches and mentors across the UK.

This depends on your objectives, but we will facilitate deep-dive discussions, drawing out the key issues, offering advice and possible solutions, whilst encouraging your team to present their ideas and solutions. It is You who knows Your business the best. We will also provide you and your team with strategies and toolkits to enable them to be Extraordinary leaders and enable and liberate your People.

Our Head of Consultancy will organise a meeting with you to test the applicability of Human Alchemy to your specific needs and decide if we are best fit for each other. This is usually a 30-60 minute consultation meeting for which there is no charge. We will then provide you with a tailored, bespoke proposal designed to meet your needs.
