Michelle has worked at Head, Director and Chief Executive level and is currently operating as a freelance Senior Consultant and Non-Executive Director.
Michelle uses her lived experience in a variety of sectors, at strategic and senior operational level, to support senior leaders.
She possesses significant experience of managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders to shape and implement business change and transformation programmes.
Michelle’s early career started at Eversheds Sutherland, one of the Big 5 law firms, where she delivered the Education Training Programme and supported the organisation to successfully achieve the Investors in People Standard. This progressed to more senior roles within the Training & Enterprise Council and the Learning & Skills Council where she worked on a range of complex skills and development initiatives.
She has been commissioned by Government to develop and deliver national programmes aimed at empowering leaders, including developing and delivering a highly respected national transformation programme across the education and skills sector.
She was also the Chief Executive of the Lincolnshire & Rutland Education Business Partnership, the former Chair of the Institute of Directors for Lincolnshire & Rutland, the Vice Chair of the University of Lincoln Academy Trust Board of Trustees and member of the Greater Lincolnshire Outstanding Women’s Network.
